1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and dbjk ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the dbjk website located at https://dbjk.io and all associated products, services, games, and features offered therein (collectively, "the Platform").

By completing the registration process, depositing funds, placing a bet, playing a game, or otherwise using any part of the dbjk Platform, you confirm that:

• You have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2 of these Terms;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party;
• All information you have provided to dbjk is accurate, complete, and up to date.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform regardless of how they access it, including via desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other supported means of access. Use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms even if you do not complete the formal registration process.

2 Eligibility

Access to and use of the dbjk Platform is restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. dbjk strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21. This age threshold applies to all players regardless of any other age of majority provisions that may exist under applicable local law;
• You are legally permitted to engage in online gambling and betting activities under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction of residence;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited;
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of dbjk, nor an immediate family member of such a person;
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform or had a dbjk account terminated for cause.

dbjk reserves the right to decline registration or suspend any account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the eligibility criteria are not or are no longer met, including where required to do so for compliance or risk-management purposes.

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of dbjk services, you are required to register a player account. During registration you must provide accurate, truthful, and complete personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You must maintain this information and update it promptly if any details change.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on dbjk. Opening, operating, or attempting to open multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances and pending withdrawals.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. dbjk will never ask you to disclose your password via email, SMS, live chat, or any other channel. You must notify dbjk's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. dbjk accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

dbjk operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering obligations. You may be required to submit copies of government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any stage of your relationship with dbjk. Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable time may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending verification completion.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Approved Payment Methods

dbjk accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the approved payment methods listed on the Platform at the time of transaction. Currently supported methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and select bank transfer options including Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳).

4.2 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. dbjk does not charge a fee for deposits made via supported local mobile financial services. Deposits are credited to your account in real time upon confirmation by the payment provider. You must only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to identity verification and wagering requirement clearance. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. dbjk aims to process verified withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and any outstanding verification requirements. dbjk reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing funds, particularly for large withdrawal amounts.

4.4 Currency & Conversion

All player accounts on dbjk are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). No currency conversion is applied to transactions conducted via local Bangladeshi payment methods. Where a conversion is necessary for international payment methods, the applicable exchange rate will be displayed at the time of transaction.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Conditions

dbjk offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, including minimum deposit amounts, qualifying game types, wagering requirements, maximum bet limits while wagering a bonus, and bonus expiry dates. These Terms apply in addition to any promotion-specific terms.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in the terms of each individual promotion. Different game types may contribute differently toward wagering requirements; slot games typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games may contribute at a lower rate. 5.3 Bonus Abuse

dbjk reserves the right to withhold or void bonus funds, cancel associated winnings, and suspend or terminate accounts where it reasonably determines that a player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: claiming bonuses across multiple accounts, using betting patterns designed to exploit bonus terms, hedging bonus bets using low-risk strategies in a manner that circumvents the intent of the promotion, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.

5.4 Modifications & Cancellation of Promotions

dbjk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any promotion already accepted and with an active wagering requirement in progress will be honoured to its conclusion under the terms current at the time of acceptance.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Game Rules

Each game and betting market available on dbjk is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface or betting market. By participating in any game or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read and accept the applicable game rules. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and game-specific rules, the game-specific rules shall prevail in relation to that particular game or market.

6.2 Sportsbook Betting

All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (for example, the Bangladesh Cricket Board, the ICC, or FIFA) at the conclusion of the relevant event. dbjk reserves the right to void bets where events are cancelled, abandoned, or where settlement data is unavailable or unreliable. In-play betting markets are offered on a best-efforts basis and may be suspended or removed at any time at dbjk's sole discretion.

6.3 Errors & Malfunctions

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or manifestly incorrect odds or game outcome, dbjk reserves the right to void the affected bets or game rounds. Payouts made in error — including payouts resulting from software faults, incorrect pricing, or human error — are not valid and may be reclaimed by dbjk. dbjk will take reasonable steps to notify affected players of any such voidances.

6.4 Maximum Winnings

dbjk reserves the right to apply maximum payout limits to individual bets, games, and player accounts. These limits are set at dbjk's discretion and may vary by product, market, and player account status. Where a maximum payout limit applies, any winnings in excess of the applicable limit will not be paid out.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the dbjk Platform. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will be subject to immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of account balance, and may be reported to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account (whether in your own name or under false details);
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent personal information during registration or verification;
• Depositing funds obtained through unlawful means or using stolen payment credentials;
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any other financial crime;
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other mechanical or electronic means to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors for financial gain;
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any corrupt conduct in relation to sporting events;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or otherwise reproduce the Platform or any part of it;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing dbjk staff or other players through any communication channel.

8 Responsible Gaming

dbjk is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. The following tools are available to all registered account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their account. Once a deposit limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect;
• Session Time Limits: Players may set maximum session durations after which they will be automatically logged out;

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the dbjk Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform ("dbjk Content"), is the exclusive property of dbjk or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the dbjk Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, reverse-engineer, or otherwise exploit any dbjk Content without the prior written consent of dbjk.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dbjk, its directors, employees, agents, and service providers shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the dbjk Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings;
• Loss of data or account information;
• Interruption of service due to technical faults, maintenance, or circumstances beyond dbjk's reasonable control;
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security;
• Decisions made in reliance on information published on the Platform.

dbjk does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. dbjk makes no representations regarding the availability of the Platform in any particular jurisdiction. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit dbjk's liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11 Privacy & Data

dbjk collects, processes, stores, and uses personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

dbjk implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures to protect player data, including 256-bit SSL encryption for all data in transit. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and dbjk cannot guarantee absolute data security.

12 Amendments to These Terms

dbjk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. 13 Termination & Account Closure

13.1 Closure by Player

You may request closure of your dbjk account at any time by contacting the 24/7 support team. Upon account closure, any balance remaining in your account (net of any bonuses that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your most recently used withdrawal method, subject to completion of any outstanding identity verification.

13.2 Termination by dbjk

dbjk reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in prohibited conduct, provided false registration information, or where termination is required for legal, regulatory, or risk-management reasons.

In the event of termination for cause, dbjk reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where an investigation concludes that funds were obtained through prohibited conduct, those funds may be forfeited.

14 Complaints & Dispute Resolution

dbjk is committed to resolving player complaints fairly, consistently, and promptly. If you have a complaint relating to the Platform or any transaction, you should follow the procedure set out below:

1. Step 1 — Contact Support: Submit your complaint to the dbjk 24/7 support team via live chat or by email to [email protected]. Please provide your account username, the nature of your complaint, and any relevant supporting information. The support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours;

3. Step 3 — Final Decision: Where a complaint remains unresolved following the formal review, dbjk will issue a final position letter. Players retain the right to seek independent legal advice following the issuance of a final position letter.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in this clause shall limit dbjk's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction in relation to the protection of its intellectual property or confidential information.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
